1. Pump it up

One of the best ways to start the day is by releasing some natural endorphins. So start off your morning with a good work out to pump out the happiness that exists inside of you. Here’s a fast burning circuit training workout that can give you just that.

Ready?

Warm up: 5 minutes of jogging or elliptical

Activate:

25 jumping jacks

25 prisoner squats

jog in place for 2 minutes

10 push ups 25 burpees

25 walking lunges

Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. It should take approximately 25-35 minutes.

*Always go at your own pace and push yourself but remember to listen to your body and be kind to it when it asks.

2. Kiss My Coco Lips

Ditch the lipgloss with heavy  chemicals in which over time damages and wrinkles your natural lips. Instead, use virgin coconut oil. Take a little swab out, place it on the top of your hand and smooth it around to warm it up and melt it. Then apply it on your lips. This not only benefits you but who ever gets the pleasure of kissing you as well.

3. Avoid beans, broccoli and diary

Foods such as beans, broccoli, cauliflower contain certain kinds of starches that can cause gassiness and bloat so on your special day, avoid eating those items to keep yourself toned. Diary products such as milk, greek yogurt, and cheese can be a source of intestinal distress which then causes you to bloat so avoid that for the day as well.

4. Drink plenty of water. 

Hopefully you’re already drinking about a gallon a day and if not, it’s time to get hydrated! Chances are you are probably going to indulge in some wine or desserts so supplying your body with water will help to purify your system and flush out toxins and sugars.

5. The more simple the Look, the More Beautiful. 

Keep your face simple and natural looking. Packing on tons of make up, powders and foundations will steal away from the natural beauty that you already have. Instead only apply concealers to areas that you need and use a nice matte bronzer to the contour the rest of your face. Apply light matte colors on your eye lids. The whole point is to help accentuate your already beautiful canvas!

6. Smile.

It’s a free tool that will get you plenty of returned smiles, happiness and confidence.

7. Activate your self love. 

Valentine’s day is an interesting day. Some people have lovers, some don’t and end up feeling lonely. The point is , all those things don’t really matter. Valentine’s is just another day hyped by our society to increase consumption of goods. Don’t cave in to it and feel bad for yourself if you don’t have a date. Whether you do or you don’t, it all goes back to the art of self love.

8. Just dance. 

A secret trick to why my days are so happy? I just wake up, turn on the music and dance. After all, life is but a magical dance. So flaunt yourself in the rhythm of the music.
