Getting snowed in can keep us from going to the gym but that doesn’t leave an excuse to skip a workout. When I started out my fitness journey, I didn’t have a gym membership so the majority of my workouts were done at home. Don’t be afraid to experiment with what works for you. The exercises that I will share on my blog are all a combination of moves that I found very helpful in terms of resistance, adding strength and blasting off fat for a more toned body.
If you don’t know a certain term, feel free to google or youtube it. There are plenty of demonstrations out there for you.
This one is a great blast. I did this after my yoga session this morning and it gave me a wonderful high.
