what if all you had to do was Smile?

Living in this day and age, as I view the world around me, I’ve experienced that it’s becoming more and more challenging for us to not take anything granted. In this specific case, I’m talking about this special gift called the Smile.

It’s so special because every-body owns it but not every-body chooses to use it.

Smiling is a powerful weapon that can change the many relationships that we encounter throughout our day to day lives. It makes the conversations that much sweeter. The days that much lighter. The thoughts that much easier.

When I see people smiling, it’s a small sign to me that they’re very appreciative of themselves and of their lives. So their smile is a way of them saying thank you to the uni-verse. Their smile displays gratitude, love and contentment for everything and everyone that they have in their lives. Their smile is deep and so sincere that you know it’s an exact reflection of the happiness that they instill inside radiating out to the world. Their smile is their way of showing that their happy just to be here, just to be living.

What if you are someone like me, someone who has this dying hunger inside to make your change in the world whichever way you can, and the only simple task you had to do for the day, for every day, was smile?

That’s it, just smile. 

Would you do it?

Think about those moments when you were going through some challenging times and you’re walking down the street and suddenly you catch a glimpse of someone smiling so BIG, so ginormous-ly BRIGHT, and gleaming that it made their whole entire aura light up. It was SO intense and powerful, that no matter how gloomy you may have been feeling at that point in time, you couldn’t help but to just smile yourself.

From that simple action, that simple moment of contact, your day was somehow made a little bit better. Now there you go, and you continue through your day smiling, meanwhile others who catch a glimpse at you cannot hesitate to do the same.

It’s a positive chain reaction like a never-ending butterfly effect.

And all it took, was that one vibrant smile from that one person.

Sometimes we forget to remember the very special gifts that we were already born with. A smile is greater than any kind of cosmetic surgery or make up that so many of us to tend suffocate our faces with.

A smile is liberating.

It sets us free.

It doesn’t cost any kind of money. It doesn’t cost any effort. It doesn’t poison our skin. We don’t have to schedule an appointment to use it. It’s completely penniless and available whenever we wish.

And the best part is we get to choose.

I smile so much that sometimes my jaw gets sore but I know that I am doing my part in making a difference, no matter how small. I hope you choose to smile today and for the rest of your life.

The smile is the best make up a woman can own.

It’s simply beautiful.

Everyone has a reason to smile for. And that reason doesn’t exist anywhere out in there in the world, that reason exists within you.

With the billions of different physical features out there, I can assure you that your smile stands out from the rest. Because it’s true … there’s something special about it that only you have.

So go on.
