Morning Bliss Workout

Ah what a beautiful morning as always. Always, always, switch things up and work out with the beautiful chirping birdies and nature while collecting together all of your purest thoughts. My readers know that morning time is best time to find inner clarity with yourself and relax with a welcoming workout.
 Here are some simple workout tips you can use:
➡ Light jog for 3 min. Pause. Do 10 jumping jacks. Walk for 5. Repeat. Until 30 min is up. If you’ve been around for a while, you know that there ain’t no such thing as weird or embarrassing so do you and get fit on your own terms.
So if you’re walking outside and you think it’s weird that people are staring, lol, just smile and continue.
2⃣ Walk or run on grass, the elevation on the grass allows more calories to burn and it also works your legs well especially  your calves
3⃣Drink 16 oz cup of water first thing when you wake up before exercising and be sure to have your breakfast 30 minute prior to working out. A typical breakfast for me if I was not training would be a warm bowl of cinnamon oats with strawberries and bananas and peanut butter.
  4⃣If you find a bench on your walk, perform upper body parts by doing some bench push ups.
5⃣ DO NOT simply just walk. Power walk while using both arms to guide your legs quickly. The more intense, the more effective.
And last but not least, have FUN with it! I was dancing on the field to a bunch of a songs and this lady walking her dog had a blast watching me because I made eye contact with her while dancing and I betcha if she didn’t have that puppy with her, she soo would’ve joined!
