Be prepared to hate me after you try out this muscle toning power workout that I put together for you. But don’t hate me too much because I’m going through it with you the whole 50 minutes ! The form of workout in this video is similar to tabata. The goal is to move as quickly as you can without sacrificing your form. If it means you have to go slower, go slower. No matter what, don’t get too sloppy or that threatens the effectiveness of the compounded moves.
This workout is meant to target your glutes to give it a nice lift, tone your legs by working your quads and calves, and also help with defining your arms. Your abs should feel sore the next day too as some of the exercises will require you to use your core to make large, compounded strength movements.
This workout is suitable for anyone to do at home whether you’re a busy mother with a hectic schedule or my high school and college girls out there. All it takes is 50 minutes of your day towards a healthier, more fit version of you!
I burned a total of 507 calories upon the completion of my work and 100 calories more just standing there making my food 10 minutes afterwards. Your heart rate will be up, you’ll be panting for breath, and you’ll get tired but no matter what, keep pushing yourself through.
