FOR ALL EXERCISES: It’s important to remember to use SLOW AND CONTROLLED movements for all exercises. When you perform them, squeeze in your glutes and hold it for as long as you can then slowly release the movements. You should really feel the burn. My tears often come out when I do glute exercises because they truly burn. Haha. It’s like that ladies 😉
As you kick your leg back, try reach it up as far as you can.
Hold yourself in a normal squat form then jump up and land back down in a deep squat hold.
Make sure as you lunge that your knee isn’t going over your toe passed a 90 degree angle. That’s going to do some damage to them knees. Lunge as deep as you can and remember to hold those glutes together tight, for each leg.
This works the side of your glutes called the gluteus medius. Remember to bring your leg up, contract and slowly bring it back down.
