Overnight oats are so quick and convenient for those mornings when you are on the run. You wake up and it’s waiting for you right in the fridge. Best of both worlds I tell you.
Delicious Overnight Oats Recipe
1/3 c old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 almost empty jar of your nutbutter
1/4 c non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 c non-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/3 c water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
1. Take your almost empty jar of nut butter, in this case I am using sunflower butter, and fill it with oats, water, chia seeds, non-fat greek yogurt, water, cinnamon and stevia.
2. Top the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight for best results.
3. In the morning, add frozen blueberries and eat up.
