No Flour Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Another delicious pancake recipe with zero flour, zero sugar and a whole lot of yummi-ness. The best part? You won’t believe how easy this is to make.

No Flour Chocolate Banana Pancakes Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/3 c old fashioned oats
2 egg whites
1 banana
1/4 c berries
1/4 c cottage cheese (non fat)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 c water
Walden Farm’s Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp of your favorite nut butter

Preparation:

1) In a blender, add oats, egg whites, 1/2 banana, cottage cheese, baking powder, water, stevia, cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

2) Heat a medium pan on med- hi and spray with non-stick. Pour about 3 tbsp of the batter onto the pan. If you want big pancakes, pour bigger batters. You get the idea!

3) Toppings: Stack the pancakes on the plate. Slice the other half of the banana into pieces to top off the pancake. Add berries, drizzle on chocolate syrup and add your favorite nut butter. Here I have sunflower nut butter. ( My current obsession =P )
