Below is one of my favorite circuit workouts that I like to do in addition to a steady pace 3.0 mile long distance run in the treadmill. Are you ready to feel the burn?
Before we start, this is what we’re going to do. And I need your head in this with me okay? You’re going to pretend that I have the biggest lighter ever invented, and I’m standing right next to you and I literally just lit some fire directly under your ass. NOW FUEL UP AND GO!
Jumping jacks 60 reps! AND GO
Body Lunges 20 reps! AND GO, Faster, Faster, Faster!
Push Ups 40 reps … I know it burns keep going, keep pushing, you got it! AND GO
Mountain Climbers 50 reps, keep your feet hitting the ground nice and light like a mouse and GO
Squat Jumps 20 reps …want a big butt? Okay! Lets squat nice and deep, let it burn!
Burpees 10 reps
Plank hold for 60 sec
High Knee Ups 50 reps
Rest for one minute. Is it burning yet? Good! Because we got 2 more rounds to go! Push yourself! You can do it!
