Get ready for another HIIT routine and to soak your shirt. All it takes is 25 intense minutes of your day and you got your fun cardio session done and out the way. It’s important to exert all of your energy in these exercises and push yourself as hard as you can. You’re not only going to push yourself hard but you’re going to try to perform each exercise as quick as possible! This is a full body high intensity interval training workout so be ready:

kneetoelbow

30 sec of knee to elbows (Refer to above picture. Tighten core as you move)
90 sec of jumping jacks
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.

Rest 50 seconds.

30 sec step ups. Speed it up! (Use your stairs, a chair against the wall, your couch, your treadmill, anything you can step up on. Plenty of options here!)
90 sec kickboxing

Rest 50 seconds.

30 sec of explosive push ups. ( push down and clap hands, repeat)
90 sec of jumping lunges

Your heart rate should be elevated the entire time. You should find it hard to talk. You should be burning around 220-260 calories.
