Tuesday, Thursday and Friday’s are my cardio days. I love the habit of starting my day off early because when you have a busy schedule, it’s the best way to get everything done. And it feels amazing not wasting the beautiful day light out there. It’s the best time to be super productive then you can save your afternoons to relax and sleep early! Here is one of my favorite treadmill workouts. It’s fun because it’s constantly changing and challenging at the same time ( that’s what I’m all about 😉 ) . All you need is a good blast of music, a treadmill and SOME MOTIVATION and you are ready to go !
Prior to any workout, make sure you get in about 5-10 minutes of quality stretching and also 5 minutes afterwards.
