6 Common Excuses To Not Exercise

  • I’m taking on way too much this semester, I don’t have enough time. 
  •  I can’t afford money for a gym membership. 
  •  I love food way too much.
  •  I’m intimidated by people who go to the gym and are more in shape than I am.
  •  It hurts too much. I hate feeling sore after. 
  •  I have to shower way too many times.
