Fruit & Nut Cereal Bowl

Being that I am currently eating low carb, sometimes we crave ourselves some cereal. But forget about the processed cereals down the aisle in your average grocery store. Cereal is high in carbs and depending on what kind you purchase, it can typically be high on sugars too. Let’s forget about all that. What we want is a bowl that’s just as crunchy yet is low in carbs. Just as sweet yet is low in sugar. So what do we have ourselves here?

Fruit & Nut Cereal Bowl

Ingredients:

3 TBSP walnuts
1 C unsweetened almond milk
1/2 an apple
1/4 c blueberries
1/2 scoop of cookie dough protein powder
dash of cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Dice apples and combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add a dash of cinnamon.
