Bosu Ball Workouts

Why do I love the bosu ball? Because it makes any workout you do more challenging. It increases
your strength, stability and most importantly to me, mental focus.
Exercise 1: Hold a one minute plank using a bosu ball and a tall box. There’s a lot of mental focus
that goes into this exercise. Concentrate on stabilizing the ball while squeezing in your
abs at the same time.
Exercise 2: Stabilized bosu push ups. 3 sets of 10.
Exercise 3: Ninja Turtle Squats. Hold the bosu behind your back and squat 3 sets of 20.
Exercise 4: Bosu Jump Ups. I love these because your using full body movements to jump onto the bosu and trying to balance yourself at the same time. 3 sets of 20
