Day 27: Flex Back

I am seeing a lot of gains in my shoulder but my back needs more work and definition. No PROBLEM, we’re getting right on that! I’ve also built on a good amount of muscle at this point and am ready to start cutting for a more toned, natural look instead of too definitive. I must say I am also very excited to try out a whole new workout schedule ! Stay motivated everyone! I’m right behind you!
