Day 21: Flex Friday
A compilation of the last of months flexing to motivate myself to get back there and better. The bottom right would be me currently! Progress, progress, progress. Push yourself hard in the gym and make healthy choices for the rest of the day. That means eating healthy, taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Don’t skip out on productivity just because you worked out! Help your mom bring in groceries, wash the dishes, do chores, play sports, just keep it moving.
