Mission Get Fit Update: Day 18

Day 18: Three things I’m thankful for

The fact that I have to limit this down to only three makes it a little tough. There is so much to be thankful for, especially when you get a clear perspective into other people’s lives and the things that they don’t have versus the things that you have.

1. I am thankful everyday that I actually have the choice the to be healthy. I’ve not only seen but encountered many people who’s lives were taken over my cancer or sicknesses in which they have no choice to be healthy to do the things they love. That’s why I also think it’s so important for everyone to be at their most optimal heath level because we actually have that choice.

2. I feel blessed everyday to sleep under a cozy roof at night and wake up in the morning and have my feet touch the warm ground when I hop out of bed.

3. I’m grateful for the all the food that I have access to and the yummy recipes that I come up with to aid my training. I must be thankful for the internet too because a part of coming up with recipes is due to research on the internet and figuring out what ingredients taste great together thats low calories, sugar free and guilt free.
