Day 14: When not in the gym…
When I am not in the gym, my daily life consists of school related activities, side projects, cooking and constantly reading about anything fitness related.
Day 15: Favorite Protein Powder
Hands down Isopure’s Creamy Vanilla. The powder makes some delicious creamy shakes that you can just sip oh so smoothly. One of the hardest things for me in particular, is finding a protein powder that has great taste yet has healthy nutritional facts as well. This protein powder has zero carbs, is low in sugar and also sodium. Some protein powders have a significantly high sugar and sodium content which will cause water retention which in turn makes you lose your muscle definition. We don’t want to look too soft now! Day 16: Favorite Stretch
This stretch is so effective after a heavy leg day! Especially after doing some heavy deadlifts, your back will be sore and your hamstrings will feel like jello. This stretch is great because you are using the full force of your entire body weight onto your legs to really extend your hamstrings and lower back.
It makes you go something like “Oohh, ahh, oh yessss!”
