Who Motivates You?

Day 5:

Let me ask you something… how bad do you want it? 
As my topic, #missiongetfit2013 is trending on instagram, I noticed that many of you put yourself as your own motivator. And with that you’re absolutely right. As far as motivation goes, I’m sure many of you are your own motivators. Because look, the choice to wake up early and bust your butt off at the gym begins with you, the choice to eat vegetables and protein over chips and chocolate begins with you, the choice to live a healthy lifestyle begins with you. So that’s a given. I’m my own immediate motivator too. However, being your own motivation isn’t always easy (as I’m sure you all know) . It’s true that we’re human beings and no matter how strong we intend to be, we are bound to have our weak moments too. 

Therefore, when it comes to boosting my workouts or even reaching maximum potential in my life, I turn to this guy … Eric Thomas. Not only is the man one heck of an inspiration but there’s something so compelling about that voice of his. No matter how beat up I am during a workout, when I hear him, I forget what pain feels like. His messages are magnetic. Every word that leaves his mouth somehow clings to your every thought and makes you want to exert mountainous energy to your every move. It’s empowering. Every pause after his pulsating sentences makes you want to get up and do something to advance yourself. He truly motivates you to live your life to its fullest potential every day. 

I listen to him every morning and additionally during my workouts. His voice and passion drives me to push myself to be the best I can be.
