Day 1 – Day 4

Day 1: Body picture from the VERY beginning of your fitness journey

Ouch right? This photo is to remind you of who you don’t want to be. Unhealthy, not caring about your body, eating crap. This was me at 140lbs at only 5″2 — This was the day I decided I wasnt having it anymore. I constantly felt like crap because crap was all I ate. My body did not deserve that kind of treatment, yours doesn’t either.

Look back to the very beginning of your fitness journey only to make you stronger and remind yourself of how far you’ve come. Sometimes when we get so fully into reaching for our goals that we become frustrated and feel like giving up when we don’t get there. Plateaus are meant to happen so you can figure out what works for your body and to test your determination. Are you going to quit because you’re not seeing the results you want or are you going to keep going? This is why this picture helps because LOOK at that, look at you! Look at how far you’ve come. So what if you’re not making any progress for a little while, at least you’ve come this far. Don’t stop now. As Thomas Edison once said:

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up”

Lets see yours and hear your story!

Day 2: Postworkout Picture

Day 3: Motivational Quote

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

This is one of the most powerful quotes… in my book at least. It digs deep into the realms of

our souls and  brings out the truth in what we’re all afraid to admit. Our deepest fear is that

we are powerful. People have the most innovative, creative minds and ideas yet they doubt

themselves and what they can become. I remember  watching a YouTube video of an

interview session with WIll Smith who believes in the manifestation of your thoughts, and it’s

true what he said, nothing is impossible. When we look back then did we ever think it was

possible for metal to soaring the air or to walk into a room and all of a sudden it gets bright?

But look what happens when people are not afraid to manifest their thoughts and use the

power in them to chase their  imaginations. Thanks to people who did not believe in failture, we now

have flying planes and light switches. Another reason I am so passionate about fitness

is the fact that it translates so much into your life. People who shed pounds and pounds

believed in the power that they had inside and brought it out to life. You’re more powerful and

strong than you think you are. All it takes is for you to believe and make it happen.
