Peanut Butter Blueberry Banana Oats
Don’t you just love the ring of that? Or is it just me and my obsession with this yummiful combination?
(Oh and don’t mind my weird terms, I still have the “fatty mentality” somewhere in there 😉 )
1/4 c steel cut oats
1/4 c almond milk
1/2 c water
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
1/2 banana (sliced)
2 tbsp blueberries
1. Bring steel cut oats to boil in water. Add almond milk about 5 minutes into the process. Allow 10 minutes for the oats to cook fully. Stir in protein powder
2. Remove from stove to a bowl and add your toppings.
