Fluffy Choco-Cinna Cottage Pancake

It’s always in my greatest intent to deliver to you the most healthiest, clean, yet tastiest recipes to you. And I always aim to make them super quick to for those of who are always rushed for time. Less ingredients, best yet, super SIMPLE! It’s so beginners to fitness, body builders, man, woman, teens, can make it.  My recipes are also suitable for many different types of diets also.

As you know, sometimes it’s a part of the lifestyle to go on certain diets to achieve specific results. As my readers know, I’ve been on a low carb, high protein, high fat diet so I’ve been restricted to certain foods. If you notice my ingredients have been the same week to week but this is what I LOVE about it because it enables me to bring out my creative side.

Now I’ve always liked making oatmeal pancakes but since I can’t have grains or heavy complex carbs I thought of doing something different to get around this — using the same exact ingredients that I am restricted to.

Beware, I’m known for making my clean eats look really naughty too. After all, I was a former food junkie 😉

Say hello to today’s VIRAL EATs

Choco-Cinna Cottage Pancake

Absolutely NO grains, NO flour, NO sugar, close to NO carbs, LOW fat YET PURE HEAVENLY!

Warm enough for a crispy fall morning. Let’s not forget the sweet cinnamon fall taste either

The best part of it all was digging my fork into it, it was so fluffy and texturized

At this point you’re probably wondering how in the world is pancake CLEAN?

You don’t need flour to make it fluffy, soft and full of great texture. The cottage cheese
melts in your mouth nicely with the soft eggs. You won’t believe how easy this is to make

You’re probably wondering how in the WORLD something  that looks like THIS can be CLEAN?
Let me tell you right now ..

See the macronutrients? Have I convinced you yet?

2 tbsp Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
**raw organic honey or maple syrup (optional)! *for my sweet tooth 😉
1/4 tsp baking powder ( optional just adds the extra fluff you know? )
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, cinnamon, protein powder, stevia, baking powder, protein powder
2. Heat a medium pan on med-lo, spray with non stick spray
3. Pour batter onto pan, depending how you many pancakes you want to make, how large or how small
4. Takes about 1 minute to cook one side. Flip the pancake. I love seeing the cheese melt this part =)
5. Repeat process until you have desired amount
6. Pile the cakes on a plate, and for me I drizzled raw organic honey and 1 tbsp of Walden Farms Chocolate Dip on top, a sprinkle of cinnamon and stevia online
