3/4 can of chunk light tuna ( about 165 grams)
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c diced onion
ground garlic seasoning
1 tbsp mayo ( sub. 2 tbsp of greek yogurt for low fat diets)
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil seasoning
2 c chopped romaine or iceberg
1. In a small bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, mayo or (greek yogurt) with fork.
2. Add garlic, tomato basil, pepper seasonings. Squirt lemon and combine with fork
3. Place on top of romaine and dig in!
