Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Chocolate Protein Muffins
Recipe:
1 scoop hemp chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp stevia
2 tsp organic peanut butter
1 egg white
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a small bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, creamy vanilla protein powder, baking powder,
    stevia,pumpkin spice
3. Add peanut butter
4. Whisk in an egg and water until batter is mixed thoroughly
5. Spray two muffin tins with non stick spray and pour batter
6. Place in oven for about 25 minutes. ( you can use the toothpick test to see if its cooked or not)
7.  Slather just a bit of  crunchy peanut butter on top and sprinkle some stevia to finish
Makes one serving and gives you plenty of energy 😉
