Chicken “Stir Fry”

Chicken Stir Fry

5.25 oz pre-prepared chicken breast
1/4 c tomato
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c onion
1 tsp low sodium chicken broth mix
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Mrs Dash Garlic seasoning


1. Chop onions, tomato, and celery
2. Shred your chicken or you can chop it
3. Heat pan on med-hi with olive oil spray
4. Add onion and sautee until semi- softened
5. Add celery, tomato and chicken
6. Add chicken broth mix and parmesan cheese and stir until celery is softened

Cheese should be melted, the chicken should be tender, and the taste should be close to amazing 😉

I made this the day before and packed it all set to go for lunch today to eat before my class.
