Chicken Sausage Omelette

A Fulfilling Breakfast For you


1/2 Al Fresco’s Chicken Sausage 
1/2 c onion
1/2 c green bell pepper
2 egg whites, 1 egg
2 tbsp salsa
Mrs. Dash Italian Medley Seasoning
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning 
2 tbsp Feta cheese 


1. Begin by spraying pan with non stick spray or olive oil spray
2. Slice chicken sausage into dices or circles, however you’d like, add to pan and cover for it to fully
3. In the mean time, chop up your onions, peppers and add them once the sausage looks browned
    and cooked. Typically takes around 3 minutes
4. Let the peppers and onions semi-soften in the pan. Meanwhile whisk together eggs and along with
    2 dashes of italian medley seasoning and 1 dash of garlic and herb seasoning, and feta cheese
5. By now the peppers and onions should be semi-softened, add eggs and cover the lid to thoroughly 
    (This part depends on you, if you want an omelette, let it cook and fold the eggs to make an 
    omelette. If you want it to look like pie-like similar to mine, you can leave it in a small pan
     and cover with a lid for about 3 minutes. )
