Blueberry Cottage Crunch Cup

Guilt Free Dessert: Blueberry Cottage Nut Cup
LOW FAT SNACK

RECIPE:

1/4 c frozen blueberries ( frozen makes it seem more dessert like and pleasurable to eat) 
1 tbsp crushed walnuts
1 tsp organic pb of your choice
1/3 c low fat cottage cheese
cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, tuck your spoon in and enjoy!
