PB Choco Baked Oats

Who doesn’t like dessert for breakfast? Especially when you know it’s good for you. Let me introduce to you another way to make your oats…. baked. If you like oatmeal every morning it’s fun to switch it up and try different ways to eat it.

PB CHOCO BAKED OATS



NATURALLY MORE 
For $3.13 this is the perfect alternative for your regular natural peanut butter. It has 180 calories in
2 tbsps and contains flaxseeds and flax oils leaving out all the hydrogenated oils and trans fats (bad bad bad) . It’s also all natural with no cholesterol as well. Better than peanut butter I’d say.
We’ll be using this for our oats today!


INGREDIENTS: 

1/3 c oats
1/4 c almond milk
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp cocoa powder

Dash of cinnamon 
Sprinkles of raisins
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp Naturally More Peanut Butter

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Cook your oats as you normally would. I combined the oats, water, and almond milk and used the microwave (1 min) 

3. Add the cocoa powder, cinnamon, bananas, raisins to the mixture.

4. Lastly, sprinkle some uncooked oats on top. Place in oven until the oats look a little browned. 
    Should be about 8-10 minutes

5. Drizzle Naturally More Peanut Butter on top

You should get a little crisp from the uncooked oats. This should also fix any sweet tooth you got going on in there too =P
