If you’re anything like me and love the texture of oatmeal, this is the perfect breakfast bowl for you.
1/3 c oats
1/4 c non fat greek yogurt
1/4 non fat milk
1. Combine all ingredients and let soak til morning
2. For toppings, scramble 2 egg whites, add to oats.
3. Add 1/2 banana, 2 sliced strawberries, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, sprinkle of almonds
