Intense hard core workout today focusing on tabata intervals. I used my favorite tabata timer for each workout.
I started off with ZWOW #29 . I love Zuzana and all her workouts! They train your entire body while also incorporating strength.
I then continued to do tabata sets of my favorite fat blasting moves. Dive bombers. These are SUPER CHALLENGING and a way to advance your regular push ups. It will sculpt your entire body and increase your flexibility as well.
Starting position: point your butt up in the air and create a body pyramid
Slowly dive your entire body down to the floor without actually touching it. You should
feel it in your core, arms and shoulders.
Push yourself back up and repeat.
You are going to do this repeatedly and super fast for 20 sec while still maintaining good form.
Remember! Do not sacrifice form, it’s all about the quality of your work out not how much
you can do.
By the end, you should feel like you are about to die. You’ll be dripping in sweat, gasping for breath and really talking yourself into pushing your body for the rest of the time.

That rounds off this morning’s cardio. When you are trying to burn fat, it’s a good idea to switch up your cardio. This will leave your body guessing instead of having your muscles adapt to the regular mile run or elliptical. CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE. Play games with your body and never let it get used to just one exercise.
