Using the same exact measurements and ingredients as if you were making your regular bowl of oatmeal. I like to eat a lot so I trick myself by making more out of the ingredients that I have.
1/3 c oats
3 egg whites
1/4 c almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
4 strawberries (sliced)
1. Blend blend blend all ingredients under the batter list until it is purified and pour your desired size on a heated med-hi non stick pan.
2.Place oatcakes on plate and slather greek yogurt on each cake, sprinkle cinnamon and add strawberries. Layer the cakes and repeat the process!
