Guilt Free Chocolate Pudding

 GUILT-FREE CHOCOLATE PUDDING
It’s easy to crave ice cream and cold sweet desserts during these hot summer months.
Although it’s okay to splurge and enjoy it every once in a while, having it more than that wouldn’t be 
such a good idea for your body. So my fix? A cold, guilt free chocolate pudding that will snap that
sweet tooth back in a jippy!

Bananas also add sweet ness to this delectable deliciousness

                             Better yet, it’s full of protein which will help aid your hunger levels.
                                 The cocoa powder will also curve your cravings as well

                                    Sitting back and enjoying this while I watch an
                                  episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians 😉

RECIPE:

1 packet of Silken Tofu of your choice
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon 
1/2 banana 
1/4 c water 

PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients and refridgerate for 4 hours for better, creamier texture.
If you can’t wait that long (don’t blame ya) you can also eat it right away!
