1/4 c quinoa
Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning
1 grilled chicken (marinated with lemon pepper)
Squirt of lime
1) Heat skillet and spray with olive oil
2) Slice onions and zucchini and start sauteeing in the pan for about 1 minute. Then top it with a lid
for zucchini to soften
3) Add italian medley seasoning and some pepper as well as a squirt of lime
4) For quinoa I already made ahead of time but to cook, heat pot up with 1 1/2 c of water.
Add 1 c quinoa and stir. Place a lid over top and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Use 1/4 c for this dish
5)For grilled chicken, I marinated it ahead of time with a lemon pepper marinade and just used
1 for this dish 🙂
