The best part about these unique seeds is way they tend to soak up and absorb any liquid that they sit in. This calls for a yummy overnight sitting for a bite to enjoy in the morning!
( as you can see I’m getting very creative without my oats here 🙁 but I guess that’s the good thing about not having oatmeal for 2 weeks)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 oz non fat plain greek yogurt
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 of a banana
Pinch of sliced almonds
1. Combine all ingredients and let it sit in the fridge over night to enjoy in the morning!
