When you’re living a busy life, sometimes the best thing to do is take all your favorite food items and throw them all together 

Brocolli Chicken Salad

1 c spinach
1/2 c brocolli
1 marinaded chicken breast (lemon pepper)
pinch of feta cheese
balsamic vinegar as dressing

Tilapia Dinner

Broil tilapia in water for 6 minutes until cooked.
For yams, boil in water for about 10 minutes until its soft enough to mash

Add Mrs.Dash’s italian medley on top
