Pineapple Mango Salsa
1/2 pineapple chopped
dash of basil
1. Dice mangos
2. Add 1/2 diced onions
3. Add basil and a squeeze of lime
Its nice to have this kind of “topping” item stored in the fridge because it’s easy to top on absolutely anything and it adds a quick dose of refreshing flavors. As you can see here I added it to my tilapia and I even added it to my shrimp dinner.
I actually used this salsa in my chicken curry dish that I will post later on 🙂
