Ever since my weight loss- turned healthy new life journey started, I’ve been eating great and on track with everything. My meals are all clean and my cheats are things like frozen yogurt, dark chocolate, trail mix, sushi. So last weekend I went out of my town with my family and my eating was off. The timing which meant the portions, which meant the quality of the meals. Because we kept going out to eat, I was missing greens and especially a good source of protein. After those 2 days, I found myself completely off track! I even drove BY MYSELF to ” The World’s Best Ice Cream” here in New York and ate a huge cup of non fat peanut butter chocolate frozen yogurt. I consumed large amounts of carbs late night, i’m talking about 2 cups of cereal and peanut butter oatmeal. I even ate a whole stack of my oatmeal pancakes by myself! I don’t know what got in to me but it was all after that trip. I felt super sick and my body felt terrible.
This is exactly how I know my body NEEDS healthy foods and it needs to be consumed moderately. I am now only motivated to be stronger and do better for myself! In a way, I needed this happen to see that this fit lifestyle really is for me. I cannot sit there and eat 5 rolls of sushi or fried desserts and feel healthy. It makes me feel sick. Anywho, I am back and ready to kick it in action!
To test my willpower, I am giving up my two most favorite foods –> PEANUT BUTTER AND OATMEAL. =O ! I know I said it! I’m doing this for 2 weeks along with zero cheats! Let’s see how this goes. A progress picture will be shown when the time is up ! Stay motivated everyone and live clean =)
