Dedication

Rest days are seriously so hard to take when you have a love for working out. Bet a lot of you can agree on that one! So I kind of have to go back on my word. An hour after finishing that yummy PB Tofu French Toast  I ended up going in for this killer workout that left me feeling ecstatic and yes still full of energy after wards.


I’m actually heading out to a concert later with my family, and there’s going to be a lot of food! So I’m preparing myself and keeping portions small until then and still keeping my metabolism running.


TREADMILL WORKOUT


10.0 incline on treadmill light jog 4 mph for 2 min
 2 mph walking backwards for 8 min
4 mph for 2 min
 2 mph walking backwards for 8 min. 


Works your quads and helps tone + strengthen legs
Repeat til 30 min is up


MUSCLE CONFUSION
 Set incline down to 1. 
Increase speed to 10 mph. TABATA it! 
Speed run 20 sec; step to side rest 10 sec.
 Repeat 8 rounds. 4 min
