How do you satisfy a sweet tooth while making it healthy AND full of protein AND low carbs?
PB BANANA PROTEIN CREPES
It was sweet, satisfying and aided my muscles after the intense workout just perfectly
3 egg whites
splash of water
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1.Whisk together egg whites, cinnamon, a splash of water
2.Place coconut oil on heated pan doesn’t matter
3.Pour mixture onto pan on low heat; should take about 3-5 minutes to cook completely
4.Meanwhile mash 1/2 a banana in a bowl
5.Make your PB2 mix, 1 tbsp PB powder with 1 tbsp water
5.Egg whites should come out like a crepe, lay it out on a plate and add the mashed banana in the middle
6.Fold the crepes and drizzle the PB on top with a light dash of cinnamon
