Cinnamon PB Banana Oats

SUCH A JOLLY MORNING! Why?! Because I am obsessed with peanut butter and my purchase of PB2 finally came in the mail! I had to get my hands on these bad boys because the amount of peanut butter I eat with the amount of fat is doing no good for my body. It’s all about moderation and well, peanut butter makes it kinda hard for me ;). So PB2 it is! Powdered peanut butter that contains only 45 calories and 13 from fat for 2 tbsps. IT’S EVERY PEANUT BUTTER LOVER’s dream come true!
Of course I put it to good use right away for my pre workout meal.


1/2 Quaker’s Old Fashioned Oats
1 egg white
1/2 c water
Stir in cinnamon
Stir in 1 tbsp of pb ( take 1 tbsp of powdered pb mixed with a bit of water depending on desired texture)
Take 1/2 of that tbsp to drizzle on top
Going to let this settle down for an hour and get going at the gym!
