Don’t you just love waking up after a good night’s sleep and PUMPED and ready to get your day started?! 

POWER CIRCUIT TABATA WORKOUT

Tabata workouts go 8 rounds for 4 minutes. You can increase the number of minutes and rounds. I like using this online tabata clock  to count down the seconds for me so I can keep track. For each workout repeat until the 4 minutes is up!

Warm Up

Treadmill  10.0 incline 3.0 mph 
Walk for 10 minutes 
SET 1
Lower incline to 6.0 increase speed 
-8.0 mph 20 secs
  rest 10
REPEAT
SET 2 – For each workout, do as fast and as much as you can. INCREASE INTENSITY

20 sec- high knee runs
10 sec rest
20 sec- squats
10 sec rest

REPEAT

SET 3 

20 sec- lay down, get ups
10 sec rest

20 sec- prisoner squats
10 sec

REPEAT

SET 4

20 sec 2 ft side to side hops
10 rest

20 tip toe squats ( squat down then use core to pull yourself up to land on tip toes) 
10 rest

REPEAT

END 
10.0 incline on treadmill 1.0 MPH 
Hold on to railing and use legs to move the tread for 5 minutes
